Zero Tolerance of abuse, neglect or harm to people who have a disability
F.C.L. Support Services has Zero Tolerance of any abuse, exploitation, neglect or harm to people who have a disability. We implement training and provide clear policies to ensure our staff understand, promote and enhance safeguards to identify and prevent abuse from occurring.
F.C.L Support Services acknowledge that people who have a disability have significantly higher risks of sexual assault and exploitation than the general population and that this is particularly true for women who have a disability. We also acknowledge there can be barriers to disclosure that make it difficult for a person with a disability to report sexual abuse and misconduct, therefore we have robust complaint and reporting procedures to reduce these barriers.

About F.C.L Support Services
Welcome to F.C.L support Services, I am the founder and Director; Fiona Loschiavo of this company and bring with me many years of experience both personally and professionally in working with people with disability and mental health in various roles throughout the industry. Throughout my time in the disability sector, I have had the pleasure of acquiring a wealth of knowledge in disability and service delivery and have firsthand seen the impact covid 19 lockdowns has had on people with disabilities and their families. As a result, F.C.L Support Services ensures that it will provide and maintain the level of support that you require and provide a range of services to meet your needs.
At F.C.L Support Services, we have a diverse team of Support Workers that have an array of skills and experience that is matched to each individuals’ specific requirements. Our staff have capacity to provide support to people with disabilities who have a NDIS plan and are wanting to engage with 1:1 flexible support, in-home support, holiday support, skill building support, short term accommodation and residential support across Melbourne.
We are excited to announce that F.C.L Support Services provides supports to individuals that are Plan-Managed or Self-Managed. This will enable us to provide supports to all individuals with a NDIS plan who require support through Assistance Daily Activates, Daily Tasks, Development of Life Skills, Community Participation, Short-Term Accommodation (STA) and are currently working towards registering with NDIS to enable individuals that are NDIA-Managed to have access to the above support through F.C.L Support Services.
F.C.L Support Services prides itself on its reputation of delivering a quality service. We understand the importance of ensuring our clients are well matched with staff that have similar interest and experience which enabling clients to build positive relationships and work towards their NDIS goals. We recognise that reliability, consistency and flexibility are vital to delivering a quality service and are integral in providing this level of support.
Our strength-based approach and meaningful connections with other organisations such as Specialised Support Coordinators, the Department for Families, Fairness and Housing (DFFH), Child Protection as well as justice and forensic enables us to work with individuals that require a higher level of support due to their complexities. F.C.L Support Services is committed to providing support to individuals who require complex behaviour management, with the view that every individual matters.
